At The Blank Concept, we aim to deliver every order with care and efficiency.

Shipping Area

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during high-volume periods may require additional processing time.

Delivery Timelines

We work with Quiqup to fulfill and deliver orders across the UAE.

Most orders are delivered the next day, and delivery is generally completed within 3 business days from the date your order is confirmed.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including public holidays, weather conditions, address issues, or courier delays.

Shipping Fees

We offer free delivery on orders above AED 350.

For orders below AED 350, a flat delivery fee of AED 25 applies.

Tracking and Delivery Updates

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive delivery or tracking updates where available.

Please allow some time for tracking information to appear after the order has been handed over to the courier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping details are complete and accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping information provided by the customer.
