6. Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only.

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment is confirmed. Most orders are delivered the next day, and delivery is generally completed within 3 business days from order confirmation. Shipping timelines are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control. Shopify’s guidance also emphasizes that merchants should clearly communicate shipping and processing information to customers before purchase.

We work with Quiqup to fulfill deliveries across the UAE.

We offer free delivery on orders above AED 350. For orders below AED 350, a flat delivery fee of AED 25 applies.

7. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools or services that we neither monitor nor control nor have input over.
